I/We hereby consent to my/our son/daughter participating in the above camp activities run by The Language & Sport Academy.

I/We hereby acknowledge and accept that the camp activities are hazardous and carry a risk of personal injury or death for my son/daughter. I/We hereby further acknowledge and accept that my/our son/daughter are solely responsible for their own actions and involvement.

I/We hereby further acknowledge and agree that The Language & Sport Academy and its servants, agents or employees shall have no liability whatsoever in respect of personal injury, death, loss or damage wheresoever or howsoever arising unless such personal injury, death, loss or damage results from the negligent act of The Language & Sport Academy, its servants, agents or employees.

I/We hereby consent to my/our son/daughter participating on day trips. On such day trips students may be given 1/2 hours free time to shop/ relax. We are happy for such free time to be afforded to our son/daughter and acknowledge that they will be responsible for their behaviour.

I/We hereby consent for The Language & Sport Academy to use footage/photographs of son/daughter for the camp notice board, website or for the purposes of future marketing campaigns.
